His experience across aerospace, industrial, insurance, and financial services businesses gives him a practical perspective on how to drive performance in complex environments.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and transformation leader, Leroy has led change and process improvement initiatives across operations, technology, sales, distribution, marketing, human resources, and finance. He has also built several nationally scaled businesses from the ground up, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on execution to every engagement.
His breadth of experience enables him to adapt quickly, identify opportunities, and bring immediate value across a wide range of industries and business units.

With a PhD in pure mathematics and a career that has included research in artificial intelligence and complexity theory, Dr. Cranny combines analytical depth with real-world leadership experience.
He has worked across geographies and industries, written and spoken extensively on information security, and continues to stay closely engaged with emerging technologies and the changing security landscape.

Mohan Venkataraman
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mohan Venkataraman brings more than 30 years of experience helping organizations modernize operations, improve workflows, and apply AI and automation in ways that create measurable business value.
As a fractional CTO, he partners with executive teams to align technology strategy with business goals and guide transformation from concept through execution.
His background spans enterprise architecture, AI/ML, agentic systems, and decentralized trust frameworks, with more than 100 client engagements across healthcare, supply chain, federal, telecom, and financial services. His work has included RCM transformation, workflow automation, enterprise modernization, integration strategy, and decentralized trust solutions.
Known for his collaborative and hands-on approach, Mohan works closely with both executive and engineering teams to simplify complexity and turn emerging technologies into practical outcomes.
He is also an active contributor and speaker across leading industry forums, including Hyperledger, BiTA, IBM Think, WSBA, Open Group, and CONV2X.

Nicki Alexander, CPA
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nicki Alexander, CPA, brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership across specialty manufacturing, e-commerce, business process outsourcing, and Fortune 500 retail.
As a fractional CFO, she has driven financial strategy for public, private-equity-backed, and bootstrapped companies, leading margin expansion, ERP and business-intelligence transformations, M&A execution, and the build-out of finance and HR integrated functions.
Known for pairing strategic clarity with hands‑on execution, Nicki turns operational complexity into clean reporting, durable processes, and confident decision-making.
She is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Freedom United (non-profit).
